As a family owned and operated organisation we pride ourselves on being transparent and flexible - Honesty is what you can expect.
We currently supply over 5,000+ food products to the top Cafes, Hotels, Restaurants, Takeaways, Schools, Caterers & many more businesses so you will find many of our products in larger pack sizes than your typical supermarket.
You will find a majority of existing brands that you already know and love as well as a number of unique brands and products that may not be available at your supermarket.
We supply dry, chilled & frozen products & deliver in our state of the art, HACCP certified fleet of delivery trucks. All of our trucks are GPS & temperature monitored and all our staff are trained in the safe handling of food.

COVID-19 Safety Information
In order to provide safety for our staff & all members of the general public we will be providing a contactless delivery. Our drivers will place your products at the front door rather than delivering into your home. We thank you for your understanding with this safety practice.
The safety of our staff is a top priority & we are undertaking all the latest hygiene practices including daily health checks & regular sanitising.
It is possible that we may need to reduce an order in some cases to make sure there is enough stock for everyone. If this is the case we process a priority refund on your credit card. We appreciate your understanding with this.
What you need to know
Minimum order is $150
All orders are to be delivered (no pickup orders available).
Delivery Fee is $9.95.
Once the order is placed it cannot be amended.
Our team will do their upmost to deliver your order correctly the first time, though if for any reason an item is missing or damaged, we will provide you a credit or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to foodsafety we cannot offer a refund for any over orders or change of mind purchases.
If we are unable to successfully deliver your goods, we will offer a complimentary re-delivery.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide delivery windows at this time.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a call within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm the delivery day which will be 1-2 working days from order placement.
All deliveries will need to be sighted by someone at your home. We cannot leave any items unattended or unsighted. Our drivers will contact you to arrange delivery. So please provide the best contact phone number to your account.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. The prices you see online include GST.
Due to current outbreak of COVID-19, delivery drivers will leave goods at the front door instead of delivering inside.
All drivers are equiped with PPE such as gloves and masks for your safety and theirs.
